High Point Vent Pit Assemblies are designed to relieve air pockets which can accumulate at fuel pipeline high points. This prevents air-caused surges and erratic action of control and hydrant valves. The Pit Assemblies are an important part of the overall integral safety of airport fueling systems.
Unique waterproof cover and frame assemblies, with either aluminium or composite doors, prevent fluids and debris from entering the pit once the cover is closed.
