Whistleblower Function

We are committed to transparency, accountability, and a responsible business culture. The whistleblower function allows employees, suppliers, and other stakeholders to report serious concerns in a secure and confidential manner.

You can report suspected misconduct such as:

• Corruption or bribery
• Financial irregularities or fraud
• Serious breaches of workplace safety or environmental regulations
• Discrimination, harassment, or other unethical behavior
• Other violations of laws, internal policies, or Cavotec’s Code of Conduct

Reports are submitted through an independent, external channel that ensures anonymity and confidentiality. All reports are handled in accordance with applicable whistleblower protection laws and regulations, including the EU Whistleblower Directive and the Swedish Whistleblower Act.
